Course content

To master personal leadership we need to find the answers, the solutions and the resources within ourselves. That is why the course varies between presentation, reflection and discussion mode. Here are some of the questions we are covering:

PART 1

Awareness

  • What does my inner coaching sound like? What parts are generative? What parts limit me?
  • When is my response effective and when is it not?
  • How do I change from automatic reaction to conscious action?
  • How can I use my insights to better understand and lead people around me?
Optimism
  • How do I enhance feeling and result by positive framing and accept & optimize?
  • Which are my “thinking traps” creating stress and how do I make a quick comeback?
  • What mental limitations/strengths do I possess? How can I optimize and tailor my self-image to reach my goals and dreams in an easier way?
Harmony
  • How do I shape my "outer arena" to stimulate more harmony in life?
  • How do I make use of my inner resources to create a core state of harmony and creativity, even in challenging situations?
  • What energy consuming patterns am I ready to let go of?
  • How do I influence my environment, e.g. colleagues and family, in a positive direction?
We complete the first part of the course by summarizing our insights and intentions in a personal practice statement. This helps us direct our energy and increases the chance of achieving positive and lasting change in our experience of life.

PART 2

Insight

  • Who am I? How do I percieve my identity and my roles?
  • Are there any conflicts or limitations present? What roles do I want to develop or strengthen? Where do I need to unlimit myself to succeed?
  • What are my core values – that which is absolutely most important to me in life?
  • How can I live and act in accordance with these values to an even larger extent?
Passion
  • What is the red thread and the ignition to my feeling of passion and motivation?
  • How can I create, reinforce and spread a sense of meaning in my professional and personal roles?
  • How do I want to percieve my mission in the larger context of life?
  • What are my core passions and how can I create more “passionate” moments in life?
Vision
  • Which are the repeating patterns in my experience of life?
  • How do I create a compelling vision, both professionally and personally?
  • What is my next objective? And what does my route description look like? What is the first step?
  • How can I balance presence in the now with vision for the future?
Courage
  • How do I prepare myself for effective realization?
  • What is important to know about the change process?
  • How can I in a conscious way meet and move beyond fear, worry and uncertainty?
  • How can I strengthen the courage within me and realize that which means most to me in life?
In the second part of the course we summarize our insights and intentions in a life compass, which helps us to focus and to realize.
